Ruth Stryker is a dynamic technical trainer who has been providing training on web technologies, as well as eLearning technologies, for the past sixteen years.

Ruth has extensive instructor-led classroom training experience, as well as experience teaching live online classes, creating DVD training (Learn Adobe Dreamweaver CS4 by Video and Learn Adobe Flash CS4 by Video), and presenting at conferences (including the MarkLogic User Conference and Macromedia MAX), user group meetings, and trade shows.
Ruth also has experience writing instructor-led courseware. Having recently completed top-notch courseware on XQuery and MarkLogic Server (http://www.linkedin.com/in/ruthstryker), she is very interested in continuing to expand her knowledge of big data, enterprise search, document databases, and XML-based applications.
In addition, Ruth is an Adobe Certified Instructor, with many years of experience teaching for Adobe Authorized Training Centers and using Adobe's web design, development, and eLearning products and technologies, including Flash, ActionScript, Captivate, Connect Pro, Presenter, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Photoshop, InDesign, Flash Video, and ColdFusion. Additional products and technologies that she has also taught include HTML, CSS, XML, XSLT, XQuery, SQL, Access, and object-oriented programming. A 15-minute Adobe Presenter presentation, that she created for Adobe marketing managers, gives the history of her extensive Adobe products background.
Lastly, along with teaching, writing courseware, and writing tutorials (Create your first CSS-based website with Adobe Dreamweaver and Create dynamic text fields using XML and Adobe Flash CS4), Ruth also has experience designing and developing websites, doing ActionScript programming, and developing eLearning courses.
